Returns & Refunds Policy
Overview
You have the right to withdraw from the contract with our online store within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as received. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the purchaser is a legal entity.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, please notify us via email at info@toroid-designs.com within 14 days of receiving the goods. You must return the goods within 14 days after submitting the withdrawal declaration.
The return shipping cost must be covered by the purchaser unless the reason for the return is due to a wrong or defective product.
If the returned product shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to determine its nature and functioning, we reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount from the refund.
If the buyer has clearly chosen a more expensive form of shipment than the cheapest usual option, the store is not required to refund the difference.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned goods, we will issue a full refund (including shipping, if applicable) no later than within 14 days. We may withhold the refund until the items have been received or proof of return is provided.
If you haven’t received your refund within a reasonable time:
- First check your bank account again
- Then contact your credit card company (it may take time before your refund is officially posted)
- Next contact your bank (processing time may apply)
- If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at info@toroid-designs.com
Defective Goods
We are liable for any defects that were present at the time of delivery or become apparent within two years of delivery. If the product is defective, we will offer repair, replacement, or a full refund.
Defects must be reported to us within two months of detection. Minor cosmetic marks on 3D-printed items are considered normal for FDM printing technology and are not treated as defects unless they impair function.
The store will respond to all complaints within 15 days in writing or in a reproducible format.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please contact us via email at info@toroid-designs.com to receive the return address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs unless the return is due to our fault. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted.
